GRANDVIEW, 2025
The vision for the interior of Grandview was to thoughtfully transform the modern home into an environment that feels warm, inviting, and deeply personal. While the residence originally presented a clean, contemporary aesthetic, the interiors lacked the sense of character that reflected it’s Edwardian heritage exterior.
The original architecture was designed by award-winning firm Jackson Clements Burrows, with landscape architecture by Renata Fairhall. Respecting the strength and integrity of this architectural foundation, our scope focused exclusively on the interior transformation.
Through intentional cosmetic updates and the thoughtful layering of furnishings in rich tones, varied textures, and carefully curated details, we introduced depth, softness, and personality throughout. The result is a refined yet welcoming home—one that balances modern sophistication with a genuine sense of comfort and warmth.
